<\/span>Full payment is required BEFORE any items are removed from the truck or trailer. Customers may inspect items prior to payment. Once payment is made, unloading begins.<\/span>

<\/span>2. Inspection & Acceptance<\/strong>
<\/span>Customers must inspect all items upon arrival. All appliance sales require customer sign-off upon delivery. Once accepted, the transaction is complete.<\/span>

<\/span>3. Appliance Sales (AS-IS)<\/strong>
<\/span>All appliances are sold AS-IS at discounted pricing and may include minor imperfections. Customer accepts full responsibility after delivery and sign-off.<\/span>

<\/span>4. Returns & Exchanges<\/strong>
<\/span>NO REFUNDS. Exchanges allowed within 24\u201348 hours only, case-by-case. Item must be in same condition.<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>5. Deposits & Hold Fees<\/strong>
<\/span>Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Hold fees are NOT applied to final balance. Failure to complete purchase forfeits deposit.<\/span>

<\/span>6. Delivery & Service<\/strong>
<\/span>Delivery windows are estimates. Extra charges may apply for stairs, distance, or heavy items.<\/span>

<\/span>7. Payment Arrangements<\/strong>
<\/span>Payment plans must be agreed in advance. Late payments incur a $25 fee. At least 50% must be paid before delivery.<\/span>

<\/span>8. Customer Responsibilities<\/strong>
<\/span>Ensure access, be present, and communicate issues in advance.<\/span>

<\/span>9. Liability Limitation<\/strong>
<\/span>AJ2 Saving Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.<\/span>
