AJ2 Saving Services provides legal document preparation and administrative assistance only and does not offer legal advice or legal representation. We are not a law firm. While our services are informed by experience, education, and familiarity with publicly available forms, we are not attorneys licensed in North Carolina or any other jurisdiction. Our services are limited to typing, formatting, organizing documents, assisting with publicly available forms, and providing general administrative support. We do not interpret laws, provide legal strategy, or represent clients in court. 1. Payment Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n

Full payment is required before any merchandise is unloaded from the truck or trailer or brought into a customer’s home or business. Customers are welcome to inspect merchandise prior to final payment. Once payment is received, unloading and delivery will begin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

2. Inspection & Acceptance<\/span><\/h2>\n

Customers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery before it is unloaded or brought into the home whenever reasonably possible. Customers are required to sign upon receipt of the item(s). By signing the delivery receipt, invoice, or other proof of delivery, the customer acknowledges that the merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted in its current condition. Once the customer signs acknowledging receipt and acceptance, the sale is considered final, subject only to any written exchange policy that may apply. AJ2 Saving Services will retain the signed acknowledgment as proof of delivery and acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

3. Appliance Sales (AS-IS)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Unless otherwise stated in writing, discounted and clearance appliances are sold AS-IS and may contain cosmetic imperfections or normal wear. The customer accepts responsibility for the item after delivery and acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

4. Returns & Exchanges<\/span><\/h2>\n

No refunds. Exchanges may be considered within 24\u201348 hours, on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered. Delivery, pickup, and restocking charges may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

5. Deposits, Holds & Storage Fees<\/span><\/h2>\n

All deposits are non-refundable. Long-Term Holds: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price is required to reserve merchandise for an extended period. Short-Term Holds: Customers may instead pay a $10 per day holding fee. Daily holding fees compensate AJ2 Saving Services for reserving inventory and storage space and are not credited toward the purchase price unless agreed to in writing. If the customer cancels the purchase, fails to complete payment, or fails to pick up or accept delivery within the agreed timeframe, all deposits and holding fees are forfeited.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

6. Delivery & Service<\/span><\/h2>\n

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery charges may be adjusted if circumstances change, including distance, stairs, accessibility, additional labor, extended wait times, oversized items, or other conditions affecting delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

7. Payment Arrangements<\/span><\/h2>\n

Payment arrangements must be approved in advance, signed, and notarized before merchandise is released unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once AJ2 Saving Services has begun shopping for, purchasing, reserving, customizing, or otherwise acquiring merchandise on behalf of the customer, the agreement may not be cancelled. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

8. Third-Party Purchases & Special Orders<\/span><\/h2>\n

Funds used to purchase merchandise, supplies, or services from third-party retailers, wholesalers, online marketplaces, auctions, or other vendors are non-refundable once those purchases have been completed because those funds generally cannot be recovered by AJ2 Saving Services.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

9. Customer Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n

Customers are responsible for providing safe access, ensuring an adult is present to receive delivery unless otherwise agreed, inspecting merchandise before acceptance, communicating scheduling changes promptly, and confirming measurements and utility requirements before delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

10. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n

AJ2 Saving Services is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, improper electrical, plumbing, gas, or utility connections, customer-supplied measurements, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation by others, or normal wear after acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

11. Agreement to Terms<\/span><\/h2>\n
