AJ2 Saving Services provides legal document preparation and administrative assistance only and does not offer legal advice or representation. We are not a law firm. While services are informed by experience as an English major, former ELA teacher, and past LSAT test taker, the owner is not an attorney licensed in the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction.

Services are limited to typing, formatting, and organizing documents, assisting with publicly available forms, and providing general, non-legal information. We do not interpret laws, advise on legal strategy, or represent clients in court. By using our services, you acknowledge that no attorney-client relationship is formed and that you may seek advice from a licensed North Carolina attorney at any time.

1. Payment Policy
Full payment is required BEFORE any items are removed from the truck or trailer. Customers may inspect items prior to payment. Once payment is made, unloading begins.

2. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect all items upon arrival. All appliance sales require customer sign-off upon delivery. Once accepted, the transaction is complete.

3. Appliance Sales (AS-IS)
All appliances are sold AS-IS at discounted pricing and may include minor imperfections. Customer accepts full responsibility after delivery and sign-off.

4. Returns & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS. Exchanges allowed within 24–48 hours only, case-by-case. Item must be in same condition.

5. Deposits & Hold Fees
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Hold fees are NOT applied to final balance. Failure to complete purchase forfeits deposit.

6. Delivery & Service
Delivery windows are estimates. Extra charges may apply for stairs, distance, or heavy items.

7. Payment Arrangements
Payment plans must be agreed in advance. Late payments incur a $25 fee. At least 50% must be paid before delivery.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access, be present, and communicate issues in advance.

9. Liability Limitation
AJ2 Saving Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

10. Agreement
By purchasing, customer agrees to all AJ2 Saving Services terms.
